Sanaa - MENA
Yemen's President Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi said on Tuesday that the Saudi capital Riyadh should be the venue of the dialogue between political powers.
Riyadh would be a suitable place for the resumption of talks as it is impossible to be held in Sanaa as the political powers decline to meet in Aden or Taiz in the south, Hadi said.
He added that the Saudi capital is the headquarters of the Gulf Cooperation Council which brokered the 2011 initiative.
Many political powers suspended their participation in U.N.-sponsored talks last month after Hadi escaped a house arrest in Sanaa.
