Egyptian Minister of Justice Ahmed Zend suggests a pan-Arab deal for adjusting conditions of refugees of Arab children.
During a meeting Tuesday with Representative of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Egypt Elizabeth Tan, Zend underlined the importance of securing shelter, education and health services for children refugees.
