Juniors team made a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Bahraini counterparts in  the group  C match of Asian U-22 qualifiers in Malaysia last Thursday.  Thursday’s victory over neighbors Bahrain braced the  Qatar’s  national juniors football team to move second place , raising their points tally to 6 points behind  the leaders, Iran who holds 9 points.
