Istanbul-Gyeongju World Culture Expo opened in Istanbul on Saturday. Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, attending the opening ceremony, said \"I wish \"Istanbul-Gyeongju World Culture Expo to conduce to tolerance and brotherhood in our region and the whole world\".\" Stating that Expo would connect  South Korea and Turkey culturally,Erdogan said: \"Coming together of two cities, located on either end of the Silk Road, can be seen as a symbol of \'new Silk Road\'\".
