US economic optimism drives bonds lower, oil up

South Korean stocks are expected to rise next week on the U.S. Federal Reserve chair's signal that it will sustain its low-rate policy, but the gains will be limited due to sluggish Chinese economic data, analysts said Saturday.
The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) edged down 6.56 points from the previous week to close at 2,056.7 on Friday.
