Belarus is prepared to cooperate with the Russian potash giant Uralkali under any owner, Belarusian First Deputy Prime Minister Vladimir Semashko told reporters on Wednesday, in reply to the question whether Belarus is prepared to resume cooperation with Uralkali, if the owner of the company changes. “We are prepared to cooperate with Uralkali in any option of property,” he said. He said that Belarus had a positive experience of cooperation with Uralkali that always brought a good result. As for the prices on potash fertilizers, Semashko noted that Belarus is not prepared to reduce the potash prices. “Any price reduction entails some losses,” he noted.
