The Chinese Communist Party did not offer any financial aid to Sudan\'s ruling National Congress Party to build a premises, the Chinese Embassy here affirmed on Saturday. In statements to Al-Sahafah newspaper, the Chinese embassy spokesman said that the information is totally bare of truth. This information aims to mislead the Sudanese public opinion and affect ties binding the two countries, added the spokesman.
