Egypt and the French Development Agency (AFD) will on Sunday sign an agreement on the project of improving the services of drinking water and sanitation in Upper Egypt. The agency in cooperation with a number of European donors will contribute to financing the project with a maximum of 57 million euros. The deal will be inked by Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Ashraf el-Arabi and AFD\'s Chief Executive Officer Dov Zerah who will arrive in Cairo on Sunday in a two-day visit to Egypt.
