Investment Minister Osama Saleh said Egypt is passing through a very difficult transitional phase, adding that the country faces internal and external challenges. These remarks came during a workshop made to mark the inauguration of "Bedaya" academy for emerging companies. Saleh said that the main challenge that faces the government internally is the budget deficit, stressing that this problem can be solved via attracting new investments. The minister underscored that the problems that face the country include as well unemployment that reaches 13 percent.
