Jordanian expatriates' remittances rose by 3.2 per cent, buoyed by monthly increments, according to the Central Bank of Jordan (CBJ) figures.
A CBJ statement issued on Saturday said total remittances amounted to $3.071 billion by the end of October this year, compared to $2.679 billion during the same period of 2012.
The remittances of Jordanian expatriates and tourism revenues are a key factor for the Kingdom's current account, which witnessed a positive improvement this year
