France\'s first South Korean-born Cabinet minister Fleur Pellerin expressed hope Monday that France will be South Korea\'s top economic partner within Europe. The digital economy minister said France is the best country in the world for running businesses and is open to foreign investment, noting that one out of every seven French employees work for affiliates of foreign companies.
