The inflation rate is expected to rise to 1.4 percent in May in the 17-member eurozone, the European Commission\'s data agency Eurostat said Friday. In what is termed a flash estimate that is subject to revision, the agency said inflation would likely rise from the 1.2 percent annual rate in April. General services are expected to post an inflation rate of 1.4 percent after posting a 1.1 percent rate in April.
