Minister of Labour and Social Affairs Nassar al-Rubaie headed today a delegation of specialist officials of his ministry in worker and labor issues to Bangladesh and Sri Lanka to sign memorandum of understanding on manpower. A statement by the Information office of the ministry said : \" The delegation will sign memorandum of understanding between the ministry and all of the Ministry of the interests of expatriate and Foreign labor in Bangladesh.
