Kuwait's Ministry of Commerce and Industry has formed a legal team to review mechanisms of filing lawsuits against companies violating regulations and laws. In a press statement release Friday, the Ministry said the team will write a detailed report about the loopholes of the different legal procedures and mechanisms in no more than 30-day period.
