Seoul - Yonhap
More South Koreans are expected to travel overseas this year, taking advantage of the stronger local currency, tourism industry officials said Tuesday.
The number of outbound travelers reached 12.49 million in the first 10 months of this year, up 9.1 percent from 11.45 million for the whole of last year, according to the data from the Korea Culture and Tourism Institute. The number will increase as more Koreans use their leftover vacation days to travel in the final months.
