Philippine economy in the third quarter this year grew 7 percent on the back of the good performance of the services and manufacturing sectors, the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) said Thursday. NEDA said this brought gross domestic product (GDP) growth to 7. 4 percent in January to September. Among all sectors, the agriculture, fishery and forestry sector posted the smallest growth rate at 0.3 percent in the July to September period.
