Russian President Vladimir Putin has put forward a proposal to introduce the maximum amount of payment – the so-called golden parachutes, to managers who are resigning. “There (in the West) such restrictions have been introduced, and we also should consider such restrictions and introduce them,” Putin said at a conference of the All-Russia People’s Front (Popular Front – ONF). He added that such proposals should not discourage the top managers, but should create “sensible restrictions.”
