San Francisco-based DealAngel, which opened for business in early 2012, is a site that analyzes hotel pricing data to help users get the best deal for a room. The sale to Moscow-based OneTwoTrip was announced August 6 by both companies, VentureBeat reported Tuesday. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
