South Korea said Friday it would create more than 2.3 million jobs over the next five years as part of its attempt to raise the employment rate in Asia\'s fourth-largest economy.The Ministry of Employment and Labor said it plans to create 476,000 jobs every year until 2017 so that it can create a total of 2.38 million jobs.
