South Korea\'s mining and manufacturing output posted the largest growth in nine months in August. Statistics Korea said the industrial output combining mining and manufacturing grew 1.8% last month on increased automobile production and the release of new mobile phones, according to Korea\'s (KBS WORLD) website. It\'s the sharpest growth since a 2.1% jump in November last year.
