South Koreans commuting to an inter-Korean industrial complex in North Korea\'s Kaesong crossed back and forth over the border without a hitch on Thursday, despite the North\'s severance of a military hotline with the South on the previous day, officials said.On Wednesday, Pyongyang cut off the western coastal military hotline that has been used to help move people and vehicles to and from the Kaesong industrial complex to protest the joint military exercises conducted by South Korea and the United States. The move raised concerns over normal operations at the inter-Korean industrial park that started producing goods in late 2004.
