STX Offshore & Shipbuilding Co., South Korea\'s No. 4 shipbuilder, said Monday that it has clinched a 192 billion won (US$168 million) deal to build four tanker ships.Under the deal with Teekay Tankers of Canada, STX Offshore will deliver the 113,000 dead weight ton vessels starting from 2015, it said in a statement.
