Vietnam and Palestine signed an agreement on double taxation avoidance and prevention of tax evasion on income and assets in Vietnam's capital Hanoi on Wednesday. The agreement will contribute to developing bilateral trade and investment ties as well as strengthening comprehensive cooperation through creating a transparent and stable legal environment on taxation for their investors, said Vietnamese Deputy Minister of Finance Truong Chi Trung at the signing ceremony. Palestinian Ambassador to Vietnam Saadi M.H. Salama affirmed the signing of the agreement was an important event, state-run Vietnam News Agency reported.
