Violent clashes erupted on Friday between Syrian government forces and armed rebels in Rif Dimashq, the Syrian Revolution Coordinators Union said. Several mortar shells have landed near Al-Qosor neighborhood in the capital with no casualties reported, Sky News Arabia quoted the union as saying in a statement.
