Yemen will participate in the 72nd session of the GCC Health Ministers'' conference, starting its deliberations in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, on Wednesday. In a statement prior to his departure for the Omani capital, Yemen''s Public Health and Population Minister Dr. Ahmed Qassim Al-Ansi, who heads his country''s delegation to the two-day meeting of the Health Minister of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states, said the session will focus on discussions of a number of health issues. The GCC health ministers''deliberations will feature key issues inter-alia the non-communicable diseases and the health treatment of Yemeni expatriates residing in the GCC states as well as other medical issues.
