Talas meets Syrian officers in Amman

The Syrian opposition in Jordan announced on Saturday that the Syrian General Manaf Mostafa Talas met in Amman a large number of defected Syrian officers belonging to the regime. Talas arrived on Saturday at the Queen Alia International Airport in Jordon. Syrian sources told Arabstoday that Talas met highly ranked officers outside the al-Rajhi military campus in al-Mafraq. There are now more than 1500 Syrian dissidents based in Jordon.
