Chandler Harnish threw two touchdowns and Northern Illinois scored 31 unanswered points Sunday to knock off Arkansas State 38-20 in the GoDaddy.com Bowl. The NI defense did its part, producing five turnovers as the Huskies (11-3) ended their season with a nine-game winning streak. The Huskies intercepted three of Red Wolves quarterback Ryan Aplin's passes. Harnish finished with 280 yards on 18-of-37 passing despite being forced to the sidelines for a time after suffering an injury early in the second quarter. While he was out, Jordan Lynch led a drive that produced the go-ahead touchdown for the Mid-American Conference champions. Martel Moore was the quarterbacks' top target, catching eight passes for 225 yards and a score. Arkansas State (10-3), the Sun Belt Conference champs, saw its win streak snapped at nine.
