Police and emergency department here evacuated residents of three houses in Irkutsk due to the bomb blast threat, the Interior Main Directorate press service reported on Thursday. A large-calibre shell has been found in a package near the dumpster, an Itar-Tass news agency report said quoting the press service. \"Special policy bomb experts established that the dangerous trove is likely a 120-mm calibre artillery shell. The bore has tracks of corrosion. Sappers covered it by a special instrument, which blocks up the dispersion of shatters,\" the press service said. Law-enforcers encircled the territory and evacuated 42 residents of the nearest houses, including three children.
