A wide scale security campaign has been launched nationwide to arrest criminals and outlaws and restore stability and security in the country.
Security forces arrested on Sunday a five-member terror cell affiliated to the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood (MB) in Kafr el Dawwar city of Beheira governorate.
The defendants were arrested with leaflets that incite violence against state institutions.
Also, forces arrested three MB members in North Sinai governorate over inciting violence and terror charges.
Meanwhile, forces arrested two fugitives for their involvement in storming public facilities during incidents that took place in Minya governorate after the dispersal of Rabaa al Adawya sit-in in 2013.
Also, nine persons were arrested in the Upper Egypt governorate with 10 firearms and five cold steels.
A probe was launched into the incidents.
