The Egyptian actress Abeer Sabri denied what some websites reported about her performance as a comedian in the scenes of "Al-Toufan" (The Flood) series. She stressed that her role in the series has nothing to do with comedy at all, but is a humanitarian social situation. She prefers not to talk about the role at the moment, calling her fans and the press for not judge the role before watching it.
On the other hand, Sabri said in a special statement to Arabs Today, that her role in the series "Al Saraya" is a guest of honor and does not participate in the starring, stressing that she had a desire to focus on one work in Ramadan.
"Al-Toufan" series is a social drama close to reality, starring of group of superstars including Wafa and Ayten Amer, Boshra, and Rami Waheed and directed by Khairy Bishara.
