Magdy Badr has officially finished the film "Abdu Mota" - the trailer will be released at Eid al-Adha (Sacrifice Festival). In his new movie, Magdy Badr plays the role of a drug dealer and is friend of Adbu Mota - played by Mohamed Ramadan. Abu Mota is a complex charcter who only cares about money. Badr explained that his character is different from all the roles he played before: "The atmosphere is different from what I've known in the past, and the film shows the gap between the different social classes." The film follows the life of Adbu Mota, a young man who become a drug dealer who eventually realise that money honestly earned has a lot more value than money earned by organised crime. The film was written by Mohamed Samir Mabrouk, directed by Ismail Farouk and produced by Ahmed al-Sobki, starring the dancer Dina, Mohamed Ramadan, Horia Farghaly, Rehab al-Gamal, Badreya al-Sayed and Soliman Eid.
