Syrian actor Ayman Zidan said where your name appears in television credits is not a sign of an actor’s success. Speaking candidly to Arab Today, the actor emphasised that he doesn’t care that his name appears after co-star Sameh Hussein in the credits for the TV series Hamiha Haramiha. He said: “I do not care about that stuff that the media seems to be obsessed with. The value of an artist’s success is not measured by the order in which their name appears in credits or the size of the role. It is the impact the role has on the audience and the performance the actor gives.” Zidan said that his role in the new series has been completely new experience for him. The actor plays a drug dealer who is betrayed by his right-hand man. The actor has promised his fans that his roles will be different this year, following a five year absence from the small screen.
