Egyptian singer Hisham Abbas is preparing to fly to Canada on Saturday, November 3 to play a concert organised by the Egyptian Canadian Friendship Society. Abbas will tour Canada for two weeks, performing in Montreal, Ottawa and Toronto. Abbas is also busy in the studio trying to put the finishing touches on his new album “Aghla men al-Ain” before his trip to Canada so the album can be ready for release by the time he returns to Egypt. It will be his first album in four years. The album encompasses various genres, from Oriental-style music to house, not forgetting his trademark ballads. Tracks include “Rouhy wa Shoury,” “Hawelt Ketteer,” and the titular “Aghla men el-Ain.”
