Nicole Saba set for spring, Ramadan releases

Lebanese singer and actress Nicole Saba has started filming scenes for new action-romance show, The Scorpion. “I’ll be busy on set until the end of the week,” she said in an exclusive interview with Arabstoday. Saba signed up for the new series, which will be released this Ramadan, fairly recently. The Scorpion was written by Hossam Moussa and directed by Nader Galal. Saba will co-star alongside Mondher Rayahneh, Iman al-Awsi, Gamal Abdel Nasser and Maali Zayed. In other news, Saba has finished filming for her role in Abul Nil, alongside Ahdmed Mekki, Mohamed Lotfi, Hussein el-Imam and Dina el-Sheribini. The new movie is set for a spring premiere date.
