
Taylor Swift played guitar for Madonna during the iHeartRadio Music Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday.
Madonna started performing "Ghost Town," a single from her latest album, Rebel Heart, when Swift surprised the audience by stepping onstage with her acoustic guitar.
Swift, 25, didn't sing any of the lyrics, but got a hug and a cheek kiss from Madonna at the end of hte performance.
"Surprise! #MadonnaAndTaylor," Swift tweeted after the performance.
"I might be okay but I'm NOT FINE AT ALL. #MyFangirlLife #TaylorAndMadonna," she added.
Swift and Madonna recently exchanged compliments at the Grammy Awards in January.
Madonna told Access Hollywood's Shaun Robinson that Swift "writes some damn catchy pop songs."
"Stop! I will pass out," Swift said when she heard. "Oh my God! I've been so scared to meet her because it means so much to me."
Swift nabbed several awards at the show, including Best Lyrics, Artist of the Year and Song of the Year.
