Two Palestinians in the West Bank stabbed and wounded an Israeli soldier on Sunday and were shot dead by troops, the army said, the latest in a three-month wave of attacks.
The Palestinian health ministry said that the attackers were aged 17 and 23. Israeli rescue services said the soldier was lightly wounded in the incident in Huwara in the north of the Israeli-occupied West Bank.
