Three people were killed on Wednesday by multiple explosions in southern China, state media said, with local reports saying that the blasts occurred in 13 locations including government offices.
A further 13 people were wounded by explosives apparently placed in express delivery packages, the official Xinhua news agency said of the blasts, which occurred in a rural area on the eve of China's national day holiday.
