Chinese President Xi Jinping called Monday for rich nations to honour their commitment to provide $100 billion a year to developing countries to tackle climate change.
Xi told the UN climate summit in Paris that rich nations should accept "more shared responsibilities" for steps to limit global warming and to help poor countries adapt to a world changed by higher temperatures.
