Cuba's Castro arrives in Panama for historic summit

Cuban President Raul Castro arrived in Panama late Thursday to attend the Summit of the Americas for the first time and set up a historic encounter with US President Barack Obama.
Panamanian television showed Castro descending from a Cubana airlines flight ahead of the Friday-Saturday gathering. Cuba has never attended the summit in its 21-year history.
