France to warn Turkey against 'blackmailing' EU in migrant crisis

France will tell Turkey at a summit with the EU this week it wants "more efficient" cooperation on the migrant crisis, but will warn against any attempt at "blackmail", Prime Minister Manuel Valls said Tuesday.
Valls also told parliament France will not increase the number of refugees it is prepared to take beyond the current 30,000 when it takes part in the Brussels summit on Friday.
