French court suspends far-right party ballot seeking to scrap Le Pen post

A French court on Wednesday suspended a postal ballot organised by the far-right National Front on whether to scrap founder Jean-Marie Le Pen's post as honorary president.
Le Pen, who is engaged in a bitter feud with his daughter Marine who now runs the FN party, announced last week that he was taking legal action to try and prevent the party from changing its statutes and scrapping his post.
