The French host of UN climate-saving talks said a historic 195-nation accord is "extremely close" despite some important disagreements and he aims to deliver a final proposal Friday. "We are extremely close to the finish line," Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius told envoys Thursday as he delivered a new negotiating text for a second night of non-stop talks in Paris. |
