Hollande: Paris attackers driven by insane cause, betrayed their God

President Francois Hollande on Friday described those who carried out the Paris attacks as acting in the name of an "insane cause and betraying their God".
Speaking at a ceremony for the 130 killed and some 350 injured in the attacks of November 13, Hollande also made a "solemn promise" to destroy the Islamic State group which organised the attacks, describing them as an "army of fanatics".
