Talks between Iran and major powers towards a historic nuclear deal have "reached a successful conclusion," a senior Iranian negotiator said Tuesday ahead of an expected announcement.
"Thanks to God, the nuclear talks have reached a successful conclusion," Hamid Baeidinejad said as a final meeting, between foreign ministers expected to sign off on the deal, began in Vienna.
