North Korea on Thursday used an inter-Korean military hotline to threaten strikes against South Korean propaganda units blasting high-decibel messages across the border through giant loudspeakers, Seoul's defence ministry said.
The message from the Korean People's Army general staff gave the South 48 hours to dismantle the loudspeakers or face military action, the ministry said in a statement.
