Obama to make statement on Iran nuclear deal at 1100 GMT

US President Barack Obama will make a White House address at 7:00 EST (1100 GMT) Tuesday officials said, as a landmark nuclear deal was reached with Iran.
The agreement -- which trades Iranian relief from stiffing international sanctions in return for Tehran curbing its nuclear program -- is seen as a major, though controversial, diplomatic win for Obama.
