Police are searching for a gunman who opened fire Wednesday at a historic black church in downtown Charleston, South Carolina, they said on Twitter.
The suspect, who opened fire around 0100 GMT, is a clean-shaven slender white male, about 21, Charleston police tweeted, adding they had no information to release yet about victims
