A suspected suicide bomber struck the parking lot of the Afghan justice ministry in central Kabul during Tuesday evening rush hour, wounding dozens of people, police and health officials said.
"Forty-three wounded people have been brought to Kabul hospitals... and we are getting more every minute," health ministry spokesman Mohammad Ismail Kawoosi told AFP.
