The record influx of refugees and migrants is Europe's "greatest challenge" for the coming years, Spain's Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy said on Tuesday.
"What we're seeing now is the greatest challenge for Europe in the coming years, I have no doubt about that," Rajoy said during a visit to Berlin.
