Romania president: Indications safety regulations broken in club fire

There are "indications" that safety regulations were ignored at a Bucharest nightclub where a fire and stampede killed 27 people, President Klaus Iohannis said Saturday.
"We already have indications that the legal regulations had not been respected," Iohannis said, as Romania plunged into mourning following Friday night's tragedy. "I hope that the authorities manage their inquiry with speed and rigour."
